Ricardo currently is the CTO and a founder of Cigma Design, Inc. Previously he was the Senior Architect for Spectre and AMS product line at Cadence, where he developed the first version of SpectreRF. He holds four patents in simulation and parallel computer architectures. His early career was in analog and high speed digital design, prior to a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT, where he was a student of Prof Jacob White and Prof William J. Dally.
