The TCASAI Author Portal is Now Open!
As the first IEEE periodical dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) hardware, the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Artificial Intelligence (TCASAI) publishes contributions related to circuits and systems for artificial intelligence, including circuit and electronic system design, implementation, and demonstration.
Officially launched in March 2024, the IEEE TCASAI invites original, high-quality research papers on innovations in hardware designed to execute diverse AI models. These include but are not limited to, digital circuits, analog circuits, mixed-signal circuits, emerging nanodevice-based circuits, FPGA, GPU, CPU, domain-specific circuits, and integrated computing systems. Submissions may also address corresponding optimizations of AI models that consider the constraints and supports of these hardware innovations.

Description:
This publication considers original works that enhance the existing body of knowledge. Results described in the article should not have been submitted or published elsewhere. Expanded versions of conference publications may be submitted. Articles must be intelligible and must be written in standard English.
Peer Review: Peer review is vital to the quality of published research. Each article submitted to IEEE is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers selected by a member of the publication's editorial board. Learn more about the IEEE peer review process.
Publication Fees: This publication is supported by subscriptions and applicable Article Processing Charges (APCs).
